Harold
Harold was one of the 10 little boys rescued in October 2017 and was a mere three weeks old when we managed to save him from being taken to a fattening unit. As a Holstein Friesian and male, Harold will all being well grow to be one of our larger cows! Normally of course they a not given the chance as commercially they are all slaughtered whilst sill babies.
Harold quickly became aware of how nice it is to have one’s neck scratched and was always pushing to the front and extending his neck for this treat whenever he saw an opportunity :)
