Our website is looked after by a small team of volunteers, and most of our time goes on the yard. Now and then a link breaks, a photo won't load or something ends up in the wrong place, and we don't always notice.

If you've found something that isn't working, we'd be grateful if you let us know. It only takes a minute, and it helps the next visitor find what they came for. That might be adopting an animal, buying from the shop or reading about one of our residents.

What's useful to tell us

• The page you were on (copying the web address is perfect)

• What went wrong, such as a broken link, missing image, error message or a page that won't load

• The device and browser you were using, if you know (for example, iPhone with Safari)

Don't worry if you can't fill in every detail. Anything you tell us helps.
