Visiting or Volunteering at the Sanctuary

While we aren't open to the public, we are happy to arrange days for people to visit.

As of 2019, we are offering the chance for volunteer stays at the sanctuary. You can help out with the everyday jobs such as mucking out, feeding, sweeping and tidying the stables, or petting Florence as shown above.

Virtual Bread Run Volunteer

If you live too far away from the Sanctuary to actually do the Bread Run (see above) you can still help by becoming a Virtual Bread Runner - this simply means that you just pretend to do the Bread Run whilst doing something else :)

Bread Run Volunteers

With over 100 rescued pigs living at the Sanctuary, feeding them is a big responsibility. We are lucky enough to be able to collect on date bread and produce from a supermarket which saves it from being thrown away and provides an excellent range of food for the Pigs.
